Installation Instructions
First backup all your apps and important files
￭Download the zip file DO NOT UNZIP THE FILE
1. Boot into CWM.
2. Choose "Install Zip From SDcard"
3. select "Select Zip"
4. select "Locate and select WP74.2.0"
5. confirm "YES - Restore "
6. wait for script to finish
7. reboot phone First boot could take up to 5 minutes, the reason is because the ROM is going through its first boot and loading all the apps data etc.

Thanks for the update, but before I decide to download it thursday, and lose all the apps (I dropped Titanium Back Up, it doesnt work for me) I had. May I ask, does it have all those, cool, interesting but yet still confusing little tweaks and setting (status bar tweaks, built in hot-spot, status bar at the bottom, CPU Overclock tweak Sliders) and all those "nifty" features like CM7?

Ehh it will eventually get there maybe in a couple weeks but not in the first version. To be honest the first version will kind of be boring, but after this this weekend it will get better and better like in the second version after its released you will get some advance speed tweaks thats faster than the other "speed build.prop" and the theme will be rocking in the second version also. Right now im not sure wether you will lose yours apps, because i havnt decided what method to go with.

You have to manually re-name them in SystemUI.apk but i havnt got the time to look at them yet. I believe you got them themed on your theme you released recently am i correct? whats the name of the signal bars so i can manually do them, message me.

looks like androidx is on vacation or something, i can't seem to get a hold of him. would anyone else like to help me finished the ROM by thursday? i will only need you for 2 and a half hours tops tomorrow anytime after 2 in the afternoon im free. anyone??
Wish i had the Warp -__-, i could have ported this ROM looking it's best in 24 hours tops.

ROM almost ready just doing a lil touch ups with it thanks to Rally 517 for offering his time into making it. late tonight i'll have a tester that i have already choosen to test the ROM for bugs etc. There really shouldnt be any bugs as i didnt do any major modding to it "yet". the ROM will be up tomorrow around 5 pm. lol i apologize if it seems boring but i will be extremely busy this weekend and i just wanted to get the ROM up and running even if its simple. Next week it will be getting some major updates where things like the dialer will be themed settings popups signal bars, deodex etc. this is how it looks on the ultra, it will loook similar on the Warp as well.

Lol, well, I really can't complain, it isnt like the Stock ROM on the Warp is any better, so nice job cant wait till it gets some nice features though! :P

Okay, I havent been keeping updated, i have been busy with dubstep production, so I dont know whats going on here xD but I will find that ROM and I will try it
Decided to take a whole new root in my ROM creation, so forget about the shevron ROM i got something else in mind, waiting for deodex ROM from shinru and then i can start working on it.

theres your hint that should be easy to figure out. And if not its a OS thatany people use, it will only have one main app nothing else, every other thing you will see in the ROM will be manually theming by me. Ohh nd crt effect is working now, i aallways knew tje effect would work on a deodex framework.

It wont be released in beta stages as the first release will only be some major theming. After im finally Done/satisfied with the theme i will be doing speed tweaks, even faster than the build.prop tweak. Working on the theme as i write this too.

looks like the quickpanel you saw on the shevron ROM *could* work with the Warp as im checking the decompiled apk to see if they have the all correct files. Turns out it does have them all just about 4 hours of editing crap lol, but not working on that yet. Its theming time now.
thats all you'll get for now, the homescreen is the launcher/Only app i was talking about. anything else you see in there thats theme was manually done by me. UOT can't even do half the stuff im doing right now.
So, Notification Launcher is tiding me over for now. It has some minor flaws (like not looking very HDPI and sometimes forcing a blank space in the notification bar) but otherwise it really works.

Yeah haha it was a major decision to jump from my ROM to a wp7 ROM. But its mostly all about the theme, toy can allways delete the launcher and do keep the theme going. But from a look i guess its kinda obvious that its a wp7 theme.
Idk if this is a success and a fair amount of people like it. It will be updated regularly, Hopefully people like it cause im kinda getting lazy not to mention busy.i have classes to study, technology class to work on plus I have so many stuff to work on for the shevron rom for the ultra and i put it all off for the Warp right now.
Hopefully i can atleast get that notification widgets working like on the shevron rom maybe that will win you guys over haha.

By the time the ROM is released which will be this coming Saturday it will have the crt effect deodex and "hopefully done with the theme". From there on out it will be system tweaks and other stuff.

Sorry for being a bit off-topic here, but does this mean you have scrapped your sense themed rom or is it just on a delay? I'm assuming that'll be later down the road from now since we're just now getting proper building tools to work with? Reason I'm asking is I havn't herd anything about it in quite a while, but hey, one project at a time right?

Idk i might put off the sense ROM completely but idk. im gonna work on this for now. I know for a fact that i probably wont make a sense ROM but i might create a good theme in the future.
The screenshots look sweet. I Can't wait untill this rom is finished.
Thanks, the stuff you see in the pictures are already done, took a break from manual theming lol gets boring after a while right now me and my bud mavrickmeercat are working on the reboot, recovery, and download options in the power menu. I already finished what i was gonna do now im waiting on him. It will be on the first release on the ROM. Once im done with the reboot options which shouldnt take longer than tomorrow or wednesday im gonna go back to manual theming so it looks better.

Thats basically what will be in the first release of the ROM in upcoming updates will be system tweaks speed tweaks init.d support MAJOR build.prop speed tweak etc.

Only bug that should be on it right now is with the camera, it force closes. Other than that no major issuses. multiple updates will be coming throughout next week so be on the lookout and thanks for choosing my ROM.
