As of right now the only way you can change yours is if boost supplies on. You can click update prl in your system settings.

I haven't heard of that. Maybe someone with a little more knowledge would be able to fill us in.

What i suggest to most people is find a friend with sprint and check what they have for prl. Then Google the prl and use it.

I'm running the sprint prl 60690 (newest to my knowledge) but I'm in Nebraska so there may be a different one in your area.

(I leave my phone on evdo/cdma auto) due to lack of LTE coverage, so...it might be useful to anyone upsate NY)
25006 is most current sprint , pulled from my phone which is 4g LTE so not sure whether or not it will help the warp, if anyone wants to test it out send me a message.
I'll also post a link later.

Open what file? If you are talking about a .zip file all you have to do is right click on it and choose extract. That's what I do for Windows 7 anyway.

Take your time bro. I heard what was up and send my condolences. No device or tweak is more important than friends or family.

Default Newest Sprint 4g LTE PRL

I know your handsets dont support LTE, but I dont have LTE in my area anyway, so I have it always set to CDMA/EVDO only. Therefore if anyone wants to test it out, give it a shot, i'm not guaranteeing anything make sure you have a nandroid backup. Upstate NY it works great for me...can't wait till they add a few LTE towers

Nandroid won't help. What ever app you use, make sure you backup/save your current prl first. In Cdma workshop its just the read button that will save/backup the original.

That PRL works just fine n0ve. Added it to the DB link. Will run with it a few days and let everyone know how it works for me. Not very good signal at home in my area but with 1 bar I did a speed test and pulled down 770 kbps with a 173 ms ping.

Wow and im the one who bricked my own phone due to NAM programming, LOL i was reading all night and idk I guess was not thinking at all. Yes of course you're right about that, I just wanted to give an extra warning because of the whole LTE prl never really tried on boost 3g...as far as i've known. You never know, could end up causing more problems then a simple prl swap could fix, so i tossed the nandroid out there. CDMA workshop method isnt working too well w/ some newer handsets ive ran across btw too. Ty for the correction/addition though...;-)

Hey as far as thread dying I hadn't posted on here in a long time and I think people found it useful. Since i now own a different 4g LTE handset, thought id post it on here..

Anyone known which would be the best for northeast Florida? Or should I just try each for an hour or so?

I'll be moving to PC in about a month. I'll let you know then unless you find out first.

I tried each one for about an hour each. No Luck on my end as far as getting a better signal. It did work though, for the worse or about the same.

It would be fine. You can always just click on update PRL in system updates and return to the newest boost PRL. It won't hurt your phone

I'm testing 56009 as we speak. Works great! Took about 30 minutes for my warp to stay steady on 3g and 3-full bars. 1st flash and first few minutes nothing but 1x and zero bars but now its holding up great. Ill keep searching for more prl that aren't on the download list we have on here... as well as testing. Btw im in California, orange county n everything is working fine.
