Mississippi native here... yep..we say cut off and cut on because when you are talking you say.. "My power got cut off yesterday, but my wife wants them to cut it back on as soon as I pay the bill. At ain't happenin!" Just saying.

SUPER_PHONE II is running really smooth and fast, switching back and forth from wifi to 3g is normal now . If you read op I removed net tweaks and I know what your thinking, nooo!lol but 3g seems unefectided, and I believe that was the problem or issue with the wifi. So now it's a b08c stock with 19 lines added for smoothness, speed, video and pic quality and a couple already lines changed.I still don't have a Bluetooth piece ,bit soon I will test wifi Bluetooth issue.just hate to spend 20bucks for something I don't use,but I have to test. Thank you .

Testing out Super II and can confirm that the 3g/WiFi switching issue has been resolved. Good Find on the turbo charger script mholloway!! I tested this out myself just before installing the new build.prop by applying a 3g tweak with 3G/4G Optimizer app to my old build.prop file and after the reboot I found I was unable to switch between the two. Running Super II now and will report back if I find any issues. Thanks!!

Edit: For those wanting to boost the 3G speeds of this phone I have found only one method that truly seems to work. Take note that by entering this menu you could seriously screw up your phones service by making changes blindly. As always research before doing anything and know that I am not liable for any mistakes made and damages resulted from the following advice.

On the dialer enter ##3282#
Click on edit
Enter your MSL (if you don't know it a simple google search or forum search will lead you to a way to find it)
Click on DSS
before anything else get a pen and piece of paper
Write down the numbers for Proxy server IP address and save it somewhere
Change the Proxy server IP Address to 74.125.79.104
Click on the menu button and select save
Now back out to home screen and run a speed test
1.19 Mbps in the middle of the day here.

What rom are you using? Cause on noob I can honestly say super phone works great with wifi ,Bluetooth, both and switching back and forth. I am right now at the moment testing some 3g tweaks I added and so far all still works. With all that said almost anything could be causing wifi problems. This build prop is working on my phone perfectly.

I will test it tonight on n00b, I am glad to see you are running it on my rom with no issues. I am sorry I have taken so long to try it out, been busy with work and life

I will probably pull your modified values into one section so it's easier for me to remember what was changed.

Had to go back to stock build.prop as this one messed up the Google Play store on my phone. Some apps updated fine and others (such as HD Widgets and ROM Toolbox) started telling me they weren't compatible with my phone. Started working normally again when I reinstalled the backup.

OK use super_phone II or go in root explorer and go in system/then long press build prop and choose edit then change LCD DENSITY TO240 (fixed)
Better off using super_phone II though everything is fixed .wifi Bluetooth ,wifi switching back and forth to 3g, and works great with noob rom IV.

I have been using II with n00b V and we are good to go here, apps are good on play, no wifi or other issues.

Let me package this beast up and get her out the door

I will rename the ROM to n00b but give credit in my OP, thanks again for this, it was on my list to get to build.prop tweaks but hadn't had a chance and you have created a good forum to do some public testing... here are some links I was interested in investigating, perhaps you will find something to include in super phone III

[COLLECTION][TWEAKS]build.prop tweaks[8 JUNE] - xda-developers
http://rootzwiki.com/topic/13426-mod-buildprop-tweaks-to-improve-performance/
[Tweaks] Collection of build.prop tweaks!

PS. I put these lines above the section of build prop tweaks you added at the end just so I could find them later if needed:

I have been using II with n00b V and we are good to go here, apps are good on play, no wifi or other issues.

Let me package this beast up and get her out the door

I will rename the ROM to n00b but give credit in my OP, thanks again for this, it was on my list to get to build.prop tweaks but hadn't had a chance and you have created a good forum to do some public testing... here are some links I was interested in investigating, perhaps you will find something to include in super phone III

[COLLECTION][TWEAKS]build.prop tweaks[8 JUNE] - xda-developers
[MOD] build.prop Tweaks to Improve Performance - Galaxy Nexus - RootzWiki
[Tweaks] Collection of build.prop tweaks!

PS. I put these lines above the section of build prop tweaks you added at the end just so I could find them later if needed:

Working on SUPER_PHONE III
as of now scrolling speed increase
added 3g tweaks that don't mess up wifi or Bluetooth
So far everything is stable.

I released SUPER_PHONE III
I really at this time can't think of anything more to add,the very first release had net speed tweaks that I found to mess up wifi and Bluetooth so removed.then adding 3g tweaks would just mess up wifi so been messing around with to work together and I think I got it.I am having no problems with anything so please give it a try.thank you and again any issues please post and together we will figure it out.ENJOY
.... AFTER INSTALL REBOOT TWICE

Whats the difference between all 3 build.prop tweaks?

I understand that it is little tweaks with the display of the phone and the snappiness I guess, but is there any major differences between the 3?

Everything I did is posted.but for the people that dont wanna read all 3 pages ( don't blame you lol)
1st one is something I through rogether, started with chevanlol build prop that has net speed tweaks, I added some tweaks for scrolling and video enhancement, come to find out the net tweaks messed up wifi and Bluetooth, won't work together
2nd one removed net tweaks and added more other tweaks ,ended up working great ,phone is smooth, and fast.
3rd one added couple more tweaks for scrolling speed and add 3g tweaks that so far don't interfere with wifi and Bluetooth.
But I did receive a pm from someone saying he's having a problem with his wifi...........now I hope that answered your question. I am just trying to help make this phone better, all I can say is try it out if you don't like it uninstall it.if you do like it and have issues post and I will do my best to help solve the issue, thank you.

Thanks man I'm gonna throw this in my next ROM build if you don't mind...after I install it on my current build and test it of course. From the screens that are posted it looks like 3g speeds are increased dramatically! My top speed I think to date is like 180ish KB/s.

Those pics posted are in kbps

mholloway I have III running now and it seemed to work fine switching between 3g and wifi last night. Noticed on the way to work this morning that when wifi dropped out 3g didn't kick in automatically. Will test further tonight and update you. Been working all day.

That depends on where you are and how many people are on the tower. The shot I posted last had a 200 bit Max but I was in a very populated town.
