Plugged in? What was your battery level when you flashed?

You have to go to bootloader and enter recovery through warp drive.

Actually yours sounds like a different issue...I had no problem installing. But I may have just been lucky lol. I'd hold off for now till lilbits issue is resolved and we see what caused it

I flashed the 2.5 last night, everything good, except when it boots, the "android Screen" looks all messed up, then it goes on to the blue swirling circle (DROID>>>) and boots up. Any ideas?

Yes that is because there is no boot image in the kernel ( .rle ) which is what you see after the android splash. Downthemachine has chosen to leave out the kernel image to signify that the kernel is a test build. So when it all boils down yes that is supposed to be like that, and no you can't change it without compiling the kernel yourself from dtm's Github repo and adding the 480x800 raw image.
if you do ( remember gpl compliance ) give credit if you release the work or anything along those lines. That's the number 1 open source rule, CREDITS CREDITS CREDITS.
Also, if this came off mean or rude I apologize in advance I haven't slept in 2 days and am hurrying this post so I can go to sleep. Also look for an add on for the rom later I have a little special somzin in store when I awake from hibernation.

Still having problems with wifi and 3g even after updating. If I boot with 3g on then it's fine until I want to switch to wifi then it messes both connections up. Same with booting with wifi on, runs fine til I want to change or get out of range of router and it tries to go to data and I'm done then till I reboot with wifi on.

Lol...my bad. I never use wifi so didn't notice you took it out. I'm just used to that being the cause of most peoples wifi problems with the oc kernels...

I will take a look as far as I know some users can't boot it. I will relook it over and make a fresh build tonight and see what the problem is.
