Default Is Ubuntu touch possible?

I was just wondering if anyone has ever tryed to port Ubuntu touch? And how difficult do you think it would be?

I think if we had a good cm 10.1 base. It would be fairly easy.

The Ubuntu Develepor Site actually provides info on porting Ubuntu onto other devices. However, without the proper modifications it can't be done.

I believed the phone has to be a dual core. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I think we need to dual boot not dual core we can't do that yet.
