The problem isn't the sim, it's the carriers network. AT&T operated is 3G band at 1900 MHz while T-Mobile uses 1700MHz. If the phone does not support that frequency, you will only get 2G/Edge speeds for data. I don't know much about H2O but i would guess that it uses 1900MHz too. Just note that to use any sim other than an AT&T sim in the Captivate, it must be unlocked.
