Default Is there some kind of software management software for the PC?
I've come from a Blackberry, and it had Blackberry Desktop Manager to go with it, on the PC. Does Samsung have a similar type of software?

If you're looking to manage the apps on your phone, check out Appbrain and the Fast Web Installer. Those two apps, combined with logging into appbrain.com on your PC and linking it to your Google account, make for very-easy management of the software installed on your phone.
