Captivate Screen Repair goes wrong
Hey All-
Recently (like a month ago) bought a captivate. Loved it for the time I had it, but I recently cracked the screen with some keys in my pocket. Anyway, got a new screen and in an attempt to replace it, ripped my button flex cable.
I've ordered and installed two new flex strips on the phone to no avail- they won't respond to any inputs and won't light up.
I think this may have something to do with incompatible versions of the phone or something but this sucks!! Any help would be greatly appreciate.
I'm a newbie but love the site!
When I get this ish working, anyone have tips on getting gingerbread on this bad boy?
