Question OZ Mail text messages

Has anyone had the OZ Mail text messages from 1180122222357?

The message seems to have something to do with having email set up on the stock phone before it was rooted. At first I set up the email ap on the phone to monitor my email account. I would get a tone when the email was updated and I could access email if I needed too. That seemed like a good idea since I was working in the field and at the same time trying to work up some new contracts and needed to respond to email.

Most of the rest of the time this is pretty annoying. So I silenced the tone. At some later point I changed the password on my email account as I often do. From then on the ap would pop up to tell me that I had email but the list never updated. It stayed the same as the day I reset the PW.

Everytime something shows up in my email I get one of these messages. I think maybe one of the aps I froze was handling the message and I never saw it.

There is a reply invitation to stop the messages but I am not inclined to reply to what looks like some kind of spam. That just seems to encourage those sons of bachelors.

I tried the verizon message block feature online and so far no messages. The deal with that however is the number is not domestic. 12 digits makes it international. So you have to truncate the number, losing the first two digits (country code) to enter it into the block list. Not sure if it will work or not.

Anyone else dealing with this issue?
