Found a Camera App that allows Zoom!

Found a camera app called Camera Zoom FX v3.5.0 that allows zoom to work on our phone. Is there a way assign the camera button to work with this program?

By the way..there are 4 zoom options on the program..use the 4th one..works like a charm!

If you change the quality settings on the phone to anything less than 5mp it will zoom. The less the quality, the more the zoom.

Set Zoom FX as the default camera and the camera button will work. Also, don't need to change the resolution for zoom to work with Zoom FX. I also set the volume control to zoom the camera.

Start Camera zoom FX, click settings / camera / check "default camea"

OK downloaded the app and its really just OK. The zoom when activated does indeed zoom, but does not focus on the object. It looks to just zoom the screen image, not the camera, looking very pixelated. I went back to the stock camera, and yes will only zoom with reduced resolution, but stayed in focus.
Oh well. its not perfect yet.
