Default First thread here on CAT B10

Is this Caterpillar's first phone? It looks a bit ugly, might have a slightly faster processor than the Casio COMMANDER. I'm looking for a ruggedized phone that at least runs ICS. Are there other options out there to consider?

From what I've read, this phone is extremely rugged and can stand up to quite a bit of damage.
