Default Unfortunately, Superuser has stopped.

1.58 Hboot

Ok, I keep getting the message "Unfortunately, Superuser has stopped." Happens when I open Superuser, when I open apps that need root access, and just randomly during the day. Titanium back up pro will not work at all. Wifi tether still works. I've tried restarting the phone, battery pulls, and re-flashing. None solve the problem. I even downloaded SuperSU and it won't even work. One random fact is that for the past 2 months, I got a random reboot on an almost daily basis. Any help to get Superuser back working?

If you haven't already, re-flash using 4EXT, ensuring you select smart flash (S-ON). If you're willing, I suggest using J-bear's wire trick to go S-OFF, and lessen your chances of such headaches. Sorry no more help.
