Cellcom Israel's official policy about tethering is
Use your phone as a modem
If you have a device with a modem could also be used as a mobile, you can connect it via cable or wireless connection Lmhsbcm desktop / laptop and browse through any web site from anywhere with a service.
Browsing experience is the same as browsing in a home! (Subject to the speed of browsing)
Surf conditions are the same type of surfing "browsing".
To browse with your device as a modem, must be purchased:
Device that can be used as a modem (Ask the sales representative).
