Default htcdev.com RUU not working on ChaCha...unable to downgrade ROM

Hi all,

I have a HTC Chacha Arabic handset. I want to unlock the bootloader via the instructions given on htcdev.com.

However, it says the required ROM version is 1.57.415.3. The ROM version on my phone is 1.57.415.4 based on the updates installed from the phone from HTC server.

Question is how do I unlock the bootloader now? And if I want to downgrade the ROM, where do I find the 1.57.415.3 ROM for HTC Chacha Arabic handset.

Thanks
