Default No market :(

Im working on a coworkers phone and he is running "debloated deodexed ep4d" and its not loading the market after a fresh flash of the rom. Is this like the aosp evo roms that require the gapps.zip file? Any help would be greatly appreciated

So he doesn't have the market app on his phone at all or its the old style market? If its missing completely a quick search on XDA should be able to locate a copy. If its the old style you can clear the market's data under manage applications to fix.

no market at all... the icon is there, but it doesnt launch anything. Turns out he got it fixed anyways, he ended up wiping the caches and reflashing the rom. And presto, there it was. Meh, alls well that ends well, I guess

Outstanding. A quick wipe and reflash fixes damn near everything out-of-the-ordinary.
