I tryed to install a Rom after rooting my phone last night, and after i did i boot to a phone with a ! connected to a computer, I made a backup but for some reason the file is not there now, I have tryed installing a couple roms to get the phone to boot but i get the same screen... I have also tryed following the http://www.toms-world.org/android/page/flashstock.html Page but could not get any of the options to work. If someone could please help me! Thanks.

What rom did you install? What type of android do you have? What recovery do you have? Where did you put the backup file? Did you wipe the phone data and cache before installing rom?.....please provide more info...thanks
