I've got a thunderbolt with all the original packaging a Nice Case and 8gb SD Card. It has a cracked screen but I bought a replacement screen just never installed it. Still works fine with cracks .

Next time that happens, go down to the PO and recall your package.
I actually called the PO where he had me ship to, because the tracking info said they left a notice,meaning no one was there to accept package - but when I called them, they said someone picked it up. The site just wasn't updated yet, so it was too late to get it returned.I next day shipped to him, because that was our agreement. I went thru hell freeing up the phones to get them shipped for him, and now I'm stuck with this POS phone that won't even connect to 3g, so I have to use it on roaming. I said I'd suck it up for the few days in between shipping, now I'm screwed.
Can't afford to buy another phone - so he got me good. There won't be a next time - lesson learned.

He even sent me the dec number so i could call sprint and check that the phone had a clear esn. I called and it was clear and the dec number did belong to an epic4g. This was gonna be an upgraded phone of sorts for my son for christmas. he better be laying in a hospital some where and thats why we havent recieved what all our deals were for.
He got me good to for a palm pre plus and a storm 2 we emailed a bunch over a couple days then when I shipped and sent the tracking he disappeared for three weeks then says he moved to Ohio and never got any emails from me mods please ban him.
I'm truly sorry that one member appears to have caused so much trouble for others. The Classifieds section relies on goodwill and an element of trust, and it's disappointing to think that someone would abuse that for personal gain.
Right now we're still trying for achieve some sort of resolution, hence no bans or thread locks. Please keep myself or Phases informed if there are any updates.
I dont see an iTrader system on this site. Do you have one implemented? It may be a good system for later down the road. The forums I frequently buy/sell on have the system; while it's not flawless, it has helped people buy with ease and inform others of a scammer right off the bat.

i been doing alot of research on the net about this guy. i found him trying to do the same at XDA. i posted and warned all over there as well. i got pictures and about 3 addresses of him. i have filed a dispute with amazon payments and will be going to my bank today.
if i have to visit these addresses myself and have to track him down the word food and straw will be how he tells people how he ahs to eat. he ripped off the wrong cat.
Maybe it would be a good idea to keep your phones ESN/MEID number, and just report it when this happens? (Just a thought)

yep thats exactly what he does. i found him on the cricket users forums and thats exactly what he is doing.

I think he self banned himself. (What?) He's caught, and I doubt he'll come back on. There's nothing he could even attempt to say to defend himself, so I doubt he'll even try. He's done, and he knows it.
He never had a xoom man. Never had a Galaxy S2, never had a laptop, the only thing he has is the stuff he stole from us and others, and flashed to a different network, and sold on another forum. Its messed you, and a very serious crime. He may think its not a big deal, that nothing's gonna happen, but the value of what's been stolen is a lot, and the courts will not take it lightly.
