Saw a few days ago that leaked 2.1w/Blur was floating around the web and failed to grab it right away. Searching today has found that it has disappeared almost as though it was not real? or someone had it removed.
Does anyone know more about this or where to find it if it really exist?

taemobig, I tried to thank you twice but I could'nt. lol. Can't wait for my wife to get home so I can try on her phone. Sounds like exactly what she needs. She does'nt need root but hoping for a little better daily experience with the phone. 1.5 and the Cliq are not my favorite.
i'm going to tell the truth, i posted this whole big thing in the wrong window last night, and got completely ignored, lol. and just realized it. so rather than copy and paste the posts over, i'll just sum them up.

had a major issue with my cliq before with a a2dp bluetooth headset it got. it would connect perfectly with calls and such, but anytime that i played a song while trying to listen to it through the headset, it would fast forward the media on the phone. i don't know if a lot of people had this problem, or if it was just my phone, but i wasn't having. i paid a lot for this thing, i want it to do EVERYTHING i can get it to do.
i was considering rooting my phone, but really didn't want to bother with it.
and this seemed a LOT easier, i'm not gonna lie. hahaha.
the update is the only thing that solved the problem, and it works flawlessly.
the one thing i can't stand is the the way all of my widgets look, these plain boxes with icons.....can i change this?
Thanks alot! I've been using this for over a week now, and it's much improved over 1.4.8. Everything works (WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Cellular), and RSD worked like a charm (I had to download the newest Moto drivers, as I had older versions from downloading MML)! Much slicker overall, and I love having 7 screens as opposed to 5. You can resize some widgets (like calendar) once you long-press on them. It even improved my battery life, and fixed a problem I was having with music playback using bluetooth in my car! Would recommend this upgrade to anyone with a Cliq.
That link has everything you need to install 2.1 on a cliq without having to root your phone. Took me less than 20 minutes. Works great btw.
hmm i installed it.. i like it besides it's little bit slower than i thought and no MULTITOUCH!!! i thought if u have 2.1 or higher u would get multi touch function?? no/? can someone answer my question please?
yah no multitouch sucks. but overall very good. i have a question though.
i have lookout app. and i did a restore contact and pictures. now i cant find my contacts when i hit the blue contacts button. but when i go to type a text message. if i type in the first letter or 2 of the name, the name and number pops up there...... is there somewere my contacts are hiding?
and yes, i did press all contacts in the contacts tab.
Ok, so for whatever reason I can't seem to find a link for RSD Lite 4.6. I've searched for 30 minutes and still was not able to find a working link for this program. Can anyone help??

OK, now I'm at a second obstacle. I successfully manage to get it to 2.1. However, now when I try to log onto existing MOTOBLUR or attempt to create a new MOTOBLUR account it says that the BLUR service is busy....does anyone else have this problem???
I think I'm totally screwed. I can't use my blur account, and when I try to create a new one (heard it uses a different server) I get an error. When I try to use "forgot password" it says "blur service is temporarily unavailable". Now I can't use my phone. Is there a way to fix this, or at least get 1.6 back?

I had the same problem, what you have to do is while on the motoblur sign up screen:
-Press the menu button
-Choose the option that says cloud
-press on the only one to choose
after doing that, just enter in your existing account user name and password and you should be all set.
I found a leaked blur version with the 2.1 I just added the live wallpaper over all its a great rom... thers a lil lag but it works fine the only thing with the rom I have is that I cant find a wifi tether to work on it..everything else works ok internet, gmail, blur, live wallpapers(some) all though I do have connections issues with my hotmail...and on some apps it wont pick up the internet connection..I got the morrison-2025-udpdate.. ther is some lag sometimes but for being a leaked rom its really good .. I would really like help on finding a wifi tether app or on how to install a netfilter please contact me if you all have some questions about the rom thanks for the help

Yeah, you have to root your CLIQ in order to get live wallpapers. Though, after a while it's not really worth it because it makes the phone slowwwwwww....
