Exclamation Unlocking

Can anyone tell me how to unlock the cliq xt so I can use it on an ATT network. Maybe a software to download or something.

SIM unlocking is not a software thing. You will need the unique code. If you are an active T-Mobile customer, you may be able to request the code from customer care. There are also many online services that will provide the code for a fee.

Right, Im not a tmobile customer, Ive tried to go through theyre customer service and they wont give it too me, so Ive gone through ebay and bought an unlock code, but that code is from motorola and i need the network one. So i called back tmobile again and then I got a lady who said to "flash" the phone, I cant find anything without paying for it again, so do u kno a software that flashes the phone? or how to bypass the tmoble code?

The code from Motorola is the code you need to unlock the phone. Once you put in a foreign SIM card (AT&T) and turn the phone one it should ask you for the subsidy or network unlock code. That's when you put the code you purchased from eBay in.

I did and it didn't work, it says code unsuccessful. That's why I think we need a network code from tmobile. Do u kno anything about "flashing" a phone? Or a program to download to do so?

"Flashing" is a way of upgrading your phone. You flash to make your phone "rooted", or to install the new leaked 2.1 /w blur.

Look at some of these other threads on the HandlerExploit etc, to find out if there rom's support other networks.

That means you purchased an incorrect code.
