problem i was having was all the files were too large. I learned that u have to lower quality of video for mms and keep it under 1 minute

File too large? Try this free app YouCast for Android (www.youcast.net) --- It allows you to send files from android to android or android to PC without file size limit. You could download the app from market://search?q=pname:com.youcast.android.UI
