phone has a problem recieving texts

last monday i realized i hadnt gotten a text since friday so i shut off my phone took out my SIM card and put it back in and i got 30 something texts from the weekend. it happened a few times after that and then i went to T-mobile and got a new SIM card hoping it would resolve the problem but i still get texts a few hours late and only because i choose to shut off my phone to see if its holding texts...any way to fix this considering i already got a new SIM card?

Sounds like a service issue not a phone issue. Did you call TMO?

yea i did, i went to the tmobile store and they gave me a new sim card
