Default DVD Duplicator troubleshoot

I was given a DVD duplicator, and when I turn it on it's one loud beep, and the display on the controller shows this: see image

Any idea how to troubleshoot this? It is a Telex SpinWise, with a hard drive and 7 DVD-RWs.

I am new to dvd duplicators, but this would be AWESOME to get working.

Thanks,
Matt

EDIT: Photo of controller, I have not touched the blue dip switches...

Hmm - migt check the manufacturer's website - sounds like the OS that boots the machine may be corrupted or missing.

I'll check that out, anyone have any idea if the OS or hard drive is corrupt or bad how to get it installed on a new HD?

EDIT: Well, I read the manual I found for it online, and it only uses the HD for storage. Guess it is all stored on the BIOS of the controller. The controller has a SCSI connection, but there is a sticker on it that says 'Test Only'

I don't know what to do if the BIOS is screwed...I'll keep checking around.

Hmmm - that SCSI connector is probably how the onboard OS is updated then. Is the company still in existence? You might giving them a call, they might still be able to help you out with pointing out where to download the OS / Firmware updates....
