Default how to remove a small stripped screw???

like a really, really small screw.

BTW the screw is on a laptop.

I stripped one of the small philips head screws for a cover plate on the bottom of a laptop. I went out an bought the smallest screw extractor I could find and using only finger pressure was able to back out the screw.
