You'll have to do the work yourself, manually, in order to build a sense of trust to their 'contract' that you made when you gave them a job offer.
Using monitoring programs, but not knowing how to maintain, much less handle programs and sites like that, will probably not end well, or cause undue/needed stress.
Otherwise, prepare for paranoia with wondering if the production is really worth it, or even there.
I personally, wouldn't try to deceive you, *I'd hop at the chance to get a online job  * since jobs are hard as hell to find at the moment, but if you're that concerned about work, you'll need more help to set this up, tracyie has a good point to start in, but it would most certainly require you to take time off your schedule to learn this new technology and equipment.
