Smile Looking for Contact Manager that pre-populates task list

I work for a non-profit agency that is looking for a way to input contacts into a contact manager, and have it auto populate a list of tasks associated with that contact. Also would be ideal if we could get that list of to-dos to be added to a calendar.

For example:

1) Joe Customer signs a contract with us and I put him in our Contact manager database. (For purposes here, CMD)
2) The CMD automatically populates that in 3 days, there is a follow up call that needs to be made to Joe, and puts it in my calendar for 3 days from today. It also automatically populates that in 5 days, I should check and see if we've received a check from Joe, then puts that in my calendar for 5 days from today.

I have a list of about 40 things that need to be done for every client that we have contracts with, and currently enter every single date into an EXCEL spreadsheet that gives me headaches when I look at it. I can access this spreadsheet through dropbox and the dropbox app on my phone, but it would be really nice if there were something like this that were web-based with an app.

Also, with over 150 contacts at any given time, I'm a little overwhelmed with using EXCEL.

Does anyone know of a program like this that doesn't cost $199/month?

Thank you in advance.

try komodo contacts.. it doesn't auto schedule but it allows you to create follow up calendar items for any of your gmail contacts.
