I might not be in the right place for this queston so forgive me if I'm not. I have a new android phone that when I put my sim card in tells me to 'put my sim card in' can anyone hepl? thanks

Are you sure you've put the card in the right way? It might be upside down or backwards. It's easy to do, I've done it several times.
