Exclamation IMEI number ?

Hi, I have a question
How I can change the IMEI number to my Samsung I9100 Galaxy S II
I know it can be done, I would be glad if someone give some advice or good tip how to do this, some good software
I have serach in google for this but dindn`t find no such good solution.
But I know who've changed IMEI have used the IMEI from an old phone that is no longer used. I hope and wait for some advice

IMEI is unique for a device/radio .If you change IMEI ,you break laws .
You can backup IMEI ,restore IMEI but changing is strictly no-no .

Your carrier will block you if one IMEI is detected on two devices .
