I use Roboform Everywhere, it's a $20 annual subscription but it works on PC, Mac, Android and iOS devices, always in sync, no cables needed. If you have a concern regarding security of the passwords stored, visit RoboForm Everywhere: Security for information. Use a master password and everything is encrypted using a key generated from that password. With the browser plugins in Windows, it goes to and auto-fills the login forms (if the site allows it, some like Discover don't work), the Android app actually has its own browser.
I know you were looking for one to move the passwords from your BB to Android, just offering an app that supports all major systems (though BB is not supported). For Keepass users that want to migrate, the Windows program allows you to import from a Keepass CSV file.
Unfortunately, in reading through some BB forum posts, it seems there is no easy way to export the BB Password Keeper files. There may be some 3rd-party tools available to extract and read the files from an IPD backup but I didn't get too deep in reading about that.
