Hello,



Out of desperation, I searched the web, pulling straws for some kind of solution?This is my First time EVER posting and am NEW to this Android Forum site?

I am embarrassed to say I own a MetroPCS Huawei M80 phone and got up this morning to turn it on but the ‘Screen’, STOPPED Working, but the phone IS!?? The screen ISN’T. Any resolution IDEAS???

I believe you're referring to the Huawei Ascend M860... Which I have and there is a forum dedicated to it here on AF, with lots of intelligent people who would love to help. But a little more info would help...

What OS are you on?

Are you rooted?

Have you recently installed anything new around the time this problem started?

Etc., etc...

Worst case scenario, you can revert to stock and if the problem persists, take it to the Metro store and have them replace it.
