Default I can't calibrate my phone A2000

Does anybody now this? A part of my android A2000 cell phone is not responding which means that I can't use the phone. Is there any way to reset the phone to it's factory setting or do something? Please I need help.
Thanks.

I can see privacy under settings on my tablet, but not on the phone. I am still waiting for my savior.
Thanks for the tip

maybe I should say this too. Let's say like 80% of the screen is working from the top. the calibration is mess up. Seems like the 20% move to the top.

I finally solve my problem. I just calm down, a take time to read what is out there within this community. I reset the phone to the factory set and everything is normal. I press power and vol+ at the same time and from there reset to factory settings.
Thanks a lot to the community.
