Default XP problem installing Android sdk

Hi All,
I'm trying to install the Android sdk for Xp. Launching "android" command and accepting the install operation, I receive this error message after a notification message.

SHA-1 MessaDigest not available.

The installation ands without installing packages.

Any help will be well appreciated. Thanks in advance for your kind support.
