Default samsung galaxy S3 mobility - making it a pc -possible?

hi there
I am new here and just want to find out on any ideas how to make my new samsung galaxy s3 more mobile. Due to the fact it can connect and power a lot of devices thru its usb, adding a hub for more devices it can read at a time. Wat i want to know is:
I am going to a lan party for instance. My home pc weighs 40kg, really heavy to carry around. So i just wondered if there is a way to utilise the power of usb, the phones cpu to run something from the hard drives eg a windows mock up or emulator that can run windows apps, and kind of get a way to connect a network cable to the hub, have the phone screen as my display, external hard drive hub for storage and copy things over a wired network to the hard drives. Its a long shot..probably impossible, but im still giving it a shot to ask if someone have any idea to build a mobile pc from this phone that is pretty straight forward work.

I don't think so, ARM chips don't run windows, except for Windows 8 but even that is a new concept, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

You might be able to run a linux based platform and WINE diablo 3 or something

Ok thanx for the feedback was just curious, looked up a lot of forums afterwards and it would simply be just too slow. Maybe time will fix this and maybe one day this would be easy to do. Thanks btw, really appreciate it.
