Default Cheap Laptop?
Do you know of any sites other thab eBay that sell laptops cheap? It should be useable. My budget is £200 but I can probably go to 300. Anyone...?

Try pawn shops. You get to see and even try out the product before you buy. Bring a live boot disc and run some tests.

I would recommend trying Newegg for Laptops. I know that Acer Makes really cheap laptops, but not sure how well built they are.
Maybe craigslist if you have that where you are. But be sure you test out the computer before you buy it. Run it through some test, and be sure you get something that works well.
