Thanks a lot for all this work, to all you awesome kind sirs. And really sorry about losing your new born image Dracconus thats horrible. But thank you for making this thread its a hell of a help. Also I was going to ask those with the refurb model cant return to stock if they are screwed. So I will do the suspended virtual image again and help out soon as I can. Is that cool will help with lots of stuff faster as we have no fear of bricks.

we've got a zv8 that I'm going to be configuring the next few days to get the different versions up.
As for people with a refurb being screwed - not at all. This thread will allow anyone to update/downgrade to any version and format of that version that they want.
I'm not particularly worried about losing the images - casualties of war. It's just discerning to see how some people are acting about the slow progression of the connect when they have no clue what we go through to do things for phones; even on the more basic end of things there are thousands of complications.

In my experience (I'm a HARDCORE gamer, on anything that I own...I'm addicted to pixels...seriously, I am. The best rom that I've used for battery was probably ZVA. I'm not particularly concerned with the tethering issue, because 4g's pretty much dead in my apartment (which is sad because this thing's as big as most houses, and it's a complete dead zone.)
I probably get a good solid six hours of 3d gaming when running stock clock 1.2ghz. Downclock it to 800 (3d doesn't really need more than that) and it could potentially last twelve.
Just depends.

Is the replacement n.i.b.? Just curious if the warranty replace is a refurb or new phones. And we have a zv8, I just got it up Monday.

I'll fix those as soon as possible. Been really aggravated with my net. I can't do anything right now. Am waiting on tech idiots to come to my house and verify the information I told them (did their job for them.)
The wiring in my house is apparently degrading, so I may be without net for the next few days. When I come back, and have my full speed again I'll get on uploading the different versions, and getting any dead links fixed.
Sorry for the delay, and trouble guys/girls.
I'm going to purchase an LG Connect tomorrow from a MetroPCS corporate store (upgrading my almost dead LG Optimus M ) , I would like to know if you need the rom of it before I attempt to do some debloating ?
I have rooted phones and tables before , I'm used to linux and in any case I would just need little direction and I can get things done, so please let me know how I can help.

If you are buying a new connect it will most likely have zva on it, I don't think its gonna be needed.

Yo, realy sorry for the delay guys/girls...
I received a call from my dad today informing me that my grandfather had a heart attack and passed away so I'm going to be terribly busy for the next few days helping plan the funeral, flying down to Penelope, prep'ing our church we have down there for the funeral ceremony, etc.
I promise that I'll get working on things every moment that I have, but I am afraid I won't have too many of them 'till about Friday, or later.
I saw someone asking about credits for the ZV8...not sure what the problem is, I gave credits to the people that I used them from so if there's no credits then I may have just forgotten, shit honestly at this point I don't remember.
Also, to the person asking about MD5sums, just edit the nandroid.MD5 file in the recovery to have the MD5 values gathered with the MD5 reader located: HERE
All you have to do to see your files MD5 hash is drag it over the application that you downloaded, and it'll bring up a command window showing your files MD5. Take that string and input it into the Nandroid.md5 file in the recovery. Rinse and repeat for the other listed files, and then transfer to your phone.
Wham-O Problem solved.
Again, sorry for the time taken away but I hope that you can understand the reason why.

If you're on ZV9/ZV8 it's embedded into the phone's source. In settings I believe.
If you're on ZVA then tethering is broken, and no fix exists that I know of.
Please make a new thread for support. I'd like to keep this thread as "on topic" as possible.
Thanks,
And to all of you who have issued condolences I appreciate it GREATLY. My Grandfather, and Grandmother raised me while my drunken mom and dad were out partying and beating me the few times I was at home, so they mean the world to me. I lost Grandma 7 years, and 2 months ago so while I knew his time was coming it kills me to know he's going to be gone after tomorrow.
I'll be back in about three days then resume working on stuff for you all. Wake, Rosary ceremony, etc. Tomorrow, then I'm Pallbearer at the Funeral on Tuesday Morning so I'm pretty sure Tuesday afternoon I'm not going to want to do anything besides sit in bed, get drunk off my ass and cry like a bitch.
Problem for me is that I have to stay strong for my Dad because he's dying too. probably has a few years if that (less than 5) so I can't cry because I know that it'll tear him apart; and I love my dad despite his shortcomings as a father.
Anyways, short story aside, Thank you all for your emotional support. It does not go unnoticed, and I do appreciate it. I also appreciate your understanding and patience while I deal with this. I promise when I come back i'll devote every minute I can to finding new things, and getting stuff to you all! Just bear with me.

Okay, I'm going to start working on this again today. Will be fixing all dead links, and begin working on missing versions. They should all be uploaded and downloadable within the next 24 hours give or take.

RABLAHGAH!
MY damn life sucks...
Had to take my wife to the hospital last night, then had a customer come knocking at my door wanting me to do a whole bunch of stuff for an audio book I designed the cover for.
Now I have a HUMONGOUS migraine from dealing with that ******. Once I get this thing to gtfo of my head I'll get back to working on things.
Seems I'm doing more apologizing than working lately...sorry for that too >.<

So...two days later my migraine is STILL here...FML
I'm going to just pump some sedatives into my daughter, load myself up with Hydrocodone, and let her ass sleep while I work on this for you guys today.
Not sure how long they'll take to upload, but hopefully not too long (it'd be faster if the damn 4g would work in my house, but it's a dead zone, so it's up to my network )
Dracconus, take it easy bro ... you need to rest after all that has happened in your life recently , make sure to spend time with your daughter , the forums and the phones will still be here when you come back ... no rush...
And please don't give pills to your baby ... (>_<)

LAWL...no dude, not pills...bottles :P
Stick her ass in front of a box fan with a bottle and she's asleep for hours. The sound is similar to a womb, so it nulls her to sleep bro :P
I'm taking it "easy." However, easy isn't really a mode for me. I'm either working on one thing, or another. I'm not the kind of person to slow down...ever.
I'm coding out an app installer for a debloat reversal process, and after that I'm going to begin working on the roms.
Then after that I'm going to work on a stripper reversal process, so yeh..busy busy :P
Anyways, don't worry - I spend PLENTY of time with my daughter as being a stay at home dad ensures that

CWM Touch is a paid app bro, The ones that had it in it should have it removed just because of that.
As for the CWM_Rooted_Debloated_ZVA I'm going to be uploading a fully redone ZVA Collection tonight, and time permitting also ZV8
Then I'm going to upload the unrooted versions last.
I'm still working on fixing a few bugs in my re-bloating script that I use occasionally.

Just an update. I'm working on some of these tonight...It's been a hectic last few weeks what with hospital trips, old clients popping in for work, funerals, out of town trips, family visiting, my wife's dad coming from new Mexico, and a ton of other crap going on so I'm really sorry for the repetitive delays. I know that you all know shit happens so I don't really have to defend that, but I don't want anyone to think that I'm just "not doing it."
I'm working on ZVA as we speak...have had issues getting anything that was actually stock so I'm having to make my own "stock" from a debloated and reinstall all the original apps, so if you see anything that doesn't quite seem to belong there and is...sorry - I wasn't sure which apps came with which revision...so yeah.
After I finish it's debloated, stock-rooted, and stripped versions I'll upload those, then get to work on the ZV8, and make sure that all the links for those are golden THEN I'll move on to uploading the stock-unrooted images (not even sure why anyone would want these other than returning the phone, but w/e...not my phone :P )
