Sad Rooted Continuum with SuperUser.. How do i get rid of stock apps?

I just managed to get SuperUser from SuperOneClick to get rid of the stock apps but i have no idea what do to from here. How can i delete the stock apps?

Download ES explorer. Go to the home tab. system>apps> hit the menu button, then settings. almost all the way down, select mount as writeable. exit out of settings, long press the app you want to delete and delete from the menu... not sure if that gets rid of all traces, though
