Hidden/Secret Menus

Does anyone know what you can do with the hidden menus like when you type in ##PROGRAM or ##DEBUG? I found a big list of them to do basic stuff like show the IMEI and program the phone but what can I really do with this? Especially the ##PROGRAM menu I thought would be interesting.

yea on a metrophone, i tried to use the "," as a pause like in computers...

the phone dialed and said....

"the number or service code you are attempting to dial in not availible or ...."

i dialed " *67, 9872634...etc " it said something crazy.. (sending dtmf tones)
