okay I tried everything Factory reset from pressing the down button with the power, and I also tried it from settings. BUT this stupid ugly rom wont come off its the SOSx swaged out stock. I brought the phone from someone and it just super ugly...i just want it off. What can I do to uninstall this and go back to factory setting?

Well the only way is to boot into recovery. Factory reset won't do anything. But to remove the ROM, you either need another one or a backup of the stock ROM
