Does anyone know if you can use the Dell streak with an adapter and hear it through your car stereo system? Like an MP3 player.

Yes you can - I got a FM transmitter, just play the music using the standard app or PowerAMP app, plug in the FM transmitter (available at BestBuy or most electronics shops) and tune the car radio to the stero FM channel of your choice.

You mean it has no headphone connector? Because I'm reading the specs on Walmart's website and it says it has a headphone jack. All you'd need is a 1/8" connector and plug it into your car stereo provided it has a jack.
