Default PDF Reader on Dell Streak

I have tried a few PDF readers like BeamReader, VuDroid and RepligoReader, but the effects are not that great. BeamReader is the fastest but its rendering of complex PDFs is poor. Repligo is the most faithful reproducer of complex PDFs but isn't fast enough.

Is it a problem related to Android 1.6? Will all these PDF applications run faster once the is made to 2.1/2.2?
