My Dell Streak music player will not recognize synced music. I am using windows 7, 64 bit; I simply mount the device to my pc and see that it is synced on my E/drive; however, when I sync the music, it is not displayed on native music player. I have downloaded 3rd party apps file managers, but they only play one song at a time. I am looking for a music player that will play all of my songs in sequence. Does anyone have a suggestion?

I didn't do anything special. I did not use a "sync" app or the Dell PC Suite. I just used Explorer.

My PC running Winders xp recognized my Streak as a "Streak" in Explore. I just copied the files from the pc to the music folder on the streak. It shows the artwork and everything and when I go into the preloaded "music" app it plays the music.

Now if I can just get the 2.2 Uploaded as well, things would be great.

Thanks for the reply. I am running 2.2 on my streak. I bought it unlocked. I believe that Dell has some work to do with their 2.2 install.

When I updated to 2.2 a couple of days ago, I lost all my music except one song. I can see it with a file manager or via the PC, but the music players don't see it.

Did you ever get this fixed? When downloading the music again fix it?

I copied the music files again and the 3rd party music App now sees the music and artwork, etc. The stock music player doesn't.
