Hi, all I'm new on this forum ,I just get new factory unlocked dell streak 5 after fully battery charge I turn on comes black screen with white back light say "DT is in FASTBOOT_MODE" I really don't know what this mean, what should I do to get my streak work

When you powered on you streak you had the camera button pressed at the same time.
This puts you streak into fastboot mode. Fastboot allows you to copy binary images onto you streak, very useful if you want to put custom roms or root your streak.

Don't know a simple way to reboot from fastboot.
Just pull the battery and power on again.
