I'm looking to buy a Dell Streak in the UK (anyone got one for sale?!) to used as an in-car satnav using either CoPilot Live or Sygic. Does anyone have any experience of using the Streak in this fashion or would I just be better off going for a Tomtom / Garmin instead?
I'm a bit worried that it wont be bright enough or may be unreliable with GPS locking etc.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

That's one of the main uses for my Streak. There are.several tweaks that can be applied once you root. I personally use Locus Pro, Waze and Google Maps
