There isn't and probably never will be a Honeycomb rom for the Streak. There is a pretty stable Gingerbread rom you can get over at xda but it's still in beta. If you are a newbie to Android and flashing I wouldn't recommend you stray from stock until you have done A LOT of research and reading.... I say that because the very fact you posted this question tells us you didn't do any research to speak of
