Question self connecting to wifis
what i am looking for is an app that will auto connect to the variuos wifi locations with out haveing to go on to the site and and ackdowlding or accepting the terms

That would be impossible, sorry to burst your bubbles.
UNLESS, you've been to that area before with the wifi still having the same wifi-key.

It will remember a wifi setting and reconnect automatically, but the first time, you will have to go through the connection process. I once had a app that showed the available connections, but I just went back to the basics now.
