Default A couple of questions

After rooting/flashing can I
A) restore to factory settings
B) if not how do I delete a Google account
C) can I do a system OTA update

A. Its always best too wipe before you start flashing.

B. Via the website via your email addy, if you mean how do you re tie your newly flashed phone to your google account? It'll become obvious once you've done.

C. NO. NEVER. DO NOT ATTEMPT. STEP AWAY FROM OTA.

I'm running leedroid and one of my google accounts is removing all mail from the server and deleting mail from the default mail program When I try to delete the account it says I have to do a factory reset.
Can I do this as the phone is flashed

Yes, the option will still be there in the menus, or you can do it via recovery. "Factory reset" just means "wipe all user apps, settings and data", so it will put your phone in the state it was when you first flashed LeeDroid (if you wiped before flashing).

Obviously back up anything you want to restore before doing this (e.g. Titanium Backup).
