Default phone freeze at log screen

as it says in title when trying to turn on my phone it freezes at start screen with htc log ..i rooted my phone today, everything was fine and after i instaled the "MCR_uvoc_v14-signed" kernel from this site forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=682419&page=1 using hboot and recovery it damaged and i don't know what to do next.. notice that i'm noob in these things

Did you Nandroid?
Before messing with things ALWAYS NANDROID!

What rom you using? Stock?
You could look for a sense kernel, try change it I guess.

A sure fire way would be just to flash a new rom but you will lose everything.
