Default htc desire helpppp !!!
just rooted my htc desire now the camera wont work neither youtube

ive got android 4.1.1 jellybean
cyanogen mod 10

any help please ??

Most likely it's the ROM - there is no official CM10 (or CM9) for the Desire, and these JB ports are all a bit experimental.

A different ROM is most likely to fix it. Are other people in that ROM's thread reporting problems with the camera (YouTube may be a problem with flash, possibly fixable with a separate install).

Have you got a link to the ROM thread? I can see if there's anything about camera problems in there.

TBH I've stuck with Gingerbread ROMs. I use dGB, but that's a little specialist in that you need a custom hboot to get the benefit of it. Many people have been using MildWild's ROMs (Oxygen or Redux2 based would be my suggestions). If you want to try JellyBean I'd guess Nikez's ROM would be the one I'd try, since most other JB ROMs are based on that anyway.
