Default Hboot driver help

I'm trying to install the Hboot driver following the instructions here - public:windows_hboot_driver_install [RootWiki]

The phone is in the Hboot menu, connected to the PC and "HBOOT USB PLUG" is displayed on the phone.

When I try to update the drivers I get the following -

I've downloaded the driver again, directly from Unrevoked.com, but I still get the same message.

Any ideas?

Which Windows version are you using?

(that info might help someone else. I don't use Windows for any of this stuff, so have never used any of these driver downloads - sorry).
