Default Newbie Question
i just encountered the space issue on my Desire due to having too many apps installed and i am considering rooting.

However i heard that HTC are possibly releasing Android 2.2 with Sense UI beofr ethe end of the month. If i root my desire will i lose the ability to get this update?

Yes and no. You will lose the ability to receive it over the air, but you can install it from the link they will put on their website. Depends how much you want to wait, because the June release is just a rumour and may not come to fruition.
