Welcome to the forums!

We've had a few folk try it, some like it more than others. Doesn't look like my cup of tea, but it's popular for a reason.

Personally, I'd go for CM7.

I'm normally a cyanogen fan, but I've been using MIUI for the last week. Mainly because I was a bit bored and felt like trying something new. Whereas HTC sense sticks very close to vanilla android (like cyanogen), MIUI is pretty different.

It's certainly worth giving it a try.

The HTC Sense based roms seem to be slower, from my experience. I'd rank MIUI maybe a little slower than CM7, but not by a massive amount.
